Squash Facilities
Although the Oakridge Community Centre currently has only a single international squash court, the Oakridge Squash Club is working hard towards a significant expansion over the next few years.
Members of the club are working with Ward 11 Alderman Brian Pincott, Squash Alberta, Tennis Alberta and the Oakridge Community Association on a planned expansion of the facility that may include the construction of six new glass-backed, international squash courts as part of a larger expansion of the community centre in 2011.
If you are interested in helping us succeed with this proposal, we encourage you to join the Oakridge Squash Club ($35.00 per year).
Purchasing a membership now would be a strong indication of your support for our future plans and of the Calgary squash community’s collective desire to see a major new squash facility in southwest Calgary.
