This tournament is open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents. Provincial Associations affiliated with the Canadian Pickleball Federation may sanction two teams for each event. Provinces without official affiliates will be permitted one team in each event on a first come first serve basis. Players from unaffiliated provinces must register with the Canadian Pickleball Federation.

$20.00 food and beverage fee (mandatory)
$20.00 prize fee (mandatory)
$25.00 entry fee (per event – players may register for multiple events)
To register, please contact tournament organizer Brent Johner at brentjohner@racquetnetwork.com or call him at 403-238-0687. An invoice will be prepared and emailed to you with instructions regarding payment. You will then choose to pay by credit card or cheque. All payments must be received on our end no later than July 1, 2012.
Withdrawals
No refunds are available to players once they have registered. Please be sure that you are able to play before you register.
Tournament Format
Depending on the number of teams registered, organizers may divide the first round into pools. Round robin play will determine semi-finalists. Once semi-finalists are determined, format will be best-of-three single elimination. In events with fewer than four teams, the two best teams in the round robin will proceed directly to the finals.
Match Times
Saturday, July 14, 8:00am-8:00pm. Weather permitting, all matches except semi-finals and finals will be played on Saturday.
Sunday, July 15, 12:00pm-4:00pm. Weather permitting, all semi-finals and finals will be played on Sunday. The Wooden Racquet Classic consolation event will also be held on Sunday.
Wooden Racquet Classic Consolation Event
All players who do not make the finals in their events are invited to participate in the Wooden Racquet Classic consolation event on Sunday afternoon. It starts promptly at 12:00 pm.
Practice Times
Players who wish to practice, become accustomed to the courts and meet other players are welcome to join us on Friday evening from 7:00-9:00 pm. Players are also welcome to practice when open courts are available on Saturday.
