Pickleball

Calgary Pickleball ClubPickleball is the fastest growing racquet sport in North America. It is easy to learn and can be played by almost everyone over the age of 9. Most players pick this game up in less than 20 minutes. Badminton, squash, racquetball and tennis players tend to learn a little faster.

Pickleball Options

Pickleball players have two options at the Oakridge Racquet Club. They can attend drop-in programs or they can reserve courts to play on their own.

Reserve Pickleball Courts Calgary

Four outdoor pickleball courts are available for private reservations so that ORC members may play with their families and friends. Members may use our online court booking software to reserve court space from May through October. Membership is affordable and open to all Calgarians.

Drop-In Pickleball 2012

Drop in pickleball programs are scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings from 9:00-11:00, May 23 to Sept 29, with the exception of long weekends and Stampede week. All levels are welcome. All participants must either be members of the Oakridge Racquet Club or have valid guest passes. Members can purchase passes for their guests from the office Mon-Fri during regular business hours (403-238-0687).

Group Bookings

Large bookings for schools and other groups are also possible from April through October. As Calgary’s largest outdoor pickleball facility, we can handle up to 80 players simultaneously on 20 pickleball courts. Please contact Racquet Network for more information: 403-238-0687.

Corporate Pickleball Events

Oakridge is the only facility in Calgary with the capacity and expertise to host large corporate pickleball events. Pricing includes all courts, nets and equipment. Arrangements can be made for indoor or outdoor tournaments at any time of year. Players do not need any equipment or any previous experience. In fact, groups with the least experience tend to have the most fun with this type of event. Please contact Racquet Network for more information.
